Oh, these vegan flourless thumbprint oatmeal cookies are so good!
So great that when I made them last weekend (for the third time in the past two weeks, mind you), it was the very first time I was really able to effectively exert sufficient self-restraint to take pics of them before gobbling them up. This batch has a raspberry jam center.
